Where do my photos go?
Into your own photo library, and nowhere else. qualcam has no servers and contains no networking code, so there is no way for a photo to leave your device. The privacy policy sets out every permission the app uses and where the data ends up.
How do I cancel qualcam+?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open your App Store account settings to change or cancel one. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you have paid for runs out.
I paid, but the app still shows the free tier.
Open Settings inside qualcam and tap Restore Purchases. That asks Apple to re-check your account, which fixes it in almost every case — typically after reinstalling or switching to a new phone. If it does not, email us.
What do I get without subscribing?
Three cameras — iPhone 5c, iPhone 3GS and Flip Phone — and three library conversions a day. Photos you take are yours to keep either way; the free tier adds a small qualcam mark to what it saves.
Can you add a specific camera?
Yes, and we would like to hear which. Every camera in qualcam is built from a real device's specifications, so the more precisely you can name it — model, and roughly when you had it — the better the result. Send requests to the address below.
